Stephen King The Mist

The Mist was an awesome movie! one of the best Stephen King movie adaptations yet! I really enjoyed every minute of it and the ending was one of the craziest i’ve seen in a movie lately really terrifying I loved it! After seeing the movie I decided to pick up a copy of the novel Skeleton Crew by Stephen King this is where “The Mist” short story originally appeared i’m about halfway through the story and so far its very close to how Stephen King had written it and its very very good I would totally recommend it to any Sci Fi , Horror Fans…

Following a violent thunderstorm, artist David Drayton and a small town community come under vicious attack from creatures prowling in a thick and unnatural mist. Local rumors point to an experiment called the ‘The Arrowhead Project’ conducted at a nearby top-secret military base, but questions as to the origins of the deadly vapor are secondary to the group’s overall chances for survival. Retreating to a local supermarket, Drayton and the survivors must face-off against each other before taking a united stand against an enemy they cannot even see!

Heroes Volume 2 is Over

Be Warned Heroes Volume 2 Spoilers Contained Within….
Last night the conclusion to Heroes Volume 2 was aired. Now we have to wait until early 2008 to find out what happens to Sylar and Nathan. The finale episode ended with Nathan getting fatally shot and that rat bastard Sylar injecting himself with the cheerleaders stolen blood and regaining his power back shortly after he found out that the “company” had infected him with the same virus that has infected Nicky the Shanti Virus….

At least now I will have time to catch up on all the extra Heroes fan goodies stuff that they have on NBC.com/Heroes/ so far the interactive graphic novel is pretty cool and they have extra video footage that all ties together you can easily spend many hours feeding your Heroes addiction.

Evel Knievel Died At Age 69 R.I.P.

Evel Knievel’s hard life killed him — it just took longer than he or anyone else might have expected.

The hard-living motorcycle daredevil, whose bone-breaking, rocket-powered jumps and stunts made him an international icon in the 1970s, died Friday. He was 69.

He had been in failing health for years, suffering from diabetes and pulmonary fibrosis, an incurable condition that scarred his lungs. He had undergone a liver transplant in 1999 after nearly dying of hepatitis C, likely contracted through a blood transfusion after one of his many spills. He also suffered two strokes in recent years. Thanks Yahoo News

Emily Sands AKA Zoey Zane was found brutally murdered in a hotel room in El Dorado Kansas she was last seen leaving a bar with Israel Mireles an illegal immigrant that was currently living in a hotel in Kansas.

Zoey Zane - A body found in Kansas appears to be that of a missing college student who led a secret life as an Internet porn star, police said Thursday.

Authorities said the preliminary physical description of the body found about 50 miles east of El Dorado matches that of missing college student Emily Sander. Investigators refused to give details about the state of the body or how it was found. - Yahoo News
